Geitz offers product and mould design, tool and mould making in cooperation with partner companies, plug-in connections (production of inserts for metal/plastic connections), injection moulding around inserts (e.g. threads, contacts), processing (dressing, annealing, assembling, packing) as well as the mounting of assembly groups. Geitz processes any thermoplastic material such as PA 6, PA 66, PA 12, PC, ABS, SA, PUR, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PS and others as well as PSU/PSE and material which is thermally stabilised, conductive and suitable for laser engraving. In cooperation with its partners, high-quality painted and/or metallised moulded parts are realised as well.
